Restorative Nurse Manager LPN or RN

Position: Restorative Nurse Manager, RN or LPN
Job Type: Part Time

Pay starting at $21.50 / hour for LPNs ; $30 / hour for RNs

Licensure:

Tennessee Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license or Tennessee LPN License
Must have thorough understanding of the Restorative Nursing Manual, it’s programs and NHC philosophy.
Must implement a Restorative Nursing Program to assist patients to reach their maximum level of functioning in accordance with the NHC procedures, State and Federal Regulations.

Position Highlights:

Serves as a member of the management team
Administrates policies and formulates procedures for the nursing department
Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
Supervise other nursing partners as assigned
Involved in the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation and retention for all nursing staff
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
