Essential Functions: Provides skilled nursing care to patients as ordered by the physician and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Implements orders for medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and in accordance with nursing care plan as written by the Registered Nurse. Participates in evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions in relation to patient responses and seeks guidance in redirection when necessary.
