Job Description: The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide Individualized Supported Living services, herein also referred as “ISL” or “ISL services”. Complete detailed Residential daily notes. Obtain a receipt for each purchase made from client’s money and record on appropriate ledger. Complete GERs (General Event Reports) in Therap and Event Reports in accordance with State guidelines. Maintain current certification in CPR, Standard First Aid and Med Aide if administering medications. Attend meetings and specialized training as directed.
