Westgate Center for Rehabilitation & Alzheimer's Care, a 65-bed 5-STAR CMS-RATED SNF, and a member of the National Health Care Associates Family of Facilities is seeking a Director of Nursing. Our current DNS is headed to one of our sister facilities and we need someone to continue her excellent track record!

 

What You'll Do:

 

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our mission. You will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care. Your leadership will shape the culture of our facility and drive the advancement of healthcare practice.

 

The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and is responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care at the center, while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications of a Director of Nursing include:

  • Valid state RN nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
  • Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
