Position Summary:

 

Join a team where the Staff Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.  Opportunities to work with various patient populations including children, adolescents and adults.  Our nurses work 12 hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with some rotating weekends.   New Pay Rate for RNs! 

 

Walk-In Wednesdays - Interviews for RNs on Wednesday from 9am-12pm.  


Qualifications

Education:  Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience:  A minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

 

Licensure:  Currently licensed to practice by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing.

 

Additional Requirements:  Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.  CPR certification and CPI certification (Management of Aggressive Behavior) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures. Training can be obtained during new hire orientation.

 

Hours:  12-hour shifts, 7p - 7a.  Rotating weekends.

Case Manager

Position Overview The Case Manager focuses on clinical quality and resource management resulting in defined clinical satisfaction and financial outcomes. They coordinate patient care to a population of different ages within the Singing River Health System. Patient Care Manager | 2NW Ortho/Neuro

Position Overview The Patient Care Manager (PCM) facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes high patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. Clinic Registered Nurse

Position Overview The Clinic Registered Nurse performs under the direct supervision of the Physician and the Practice Manager/Administrator. He/She is a liaison between the patient, physician, and various other components of patient care.
