Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
  • Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary We are seeking a psychiatric outpatient clinical APP [PMHNP or PA] to work under the supervision and in collaboration with a WashU Psychiatrist. As an APP at WashU, you’ll be a critical part of our clinical team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients.
