How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans and clinical status.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure execution of physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and facilitate patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • A minimum of 2 years of RN experience.  
  • Coverage includes some weekends and holidays.
