Job Summary :
To assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management in an administrative capacity. Daily responsibilities of the position are based solely on the needs of the practice at any given time.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrates proficiency with computer skills.
2. Demonstrates telephone courtesy to patients, visitors and co-workers.
3. Demonstrates proficiency in use of all front office equipment.
4. Maintains medical records according to policy and procedures.
5. Demonstrates proficiency in check in and check out processes.
6. Collects all monies due from patients and properly prepares for deposit.
7. Maintains strict patient confidentiality.
8. All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
1. Graduation from a Medical Assistant Program or accredited Nursing Program or be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant.
