Leading Care for Blood Cancers and Disorders
Blood cancers require advanced treatment from expert providers. Cedars‑Sinai’s Hematology and Cellular Therapy Program brings together specialists in all areas of blood cancer care to provide you with personalized, compassionate care every step of the way.
The Blood and Marrow Program was established in 1989 and has since performed more than 1,500 bone marrow transplants, including autologous, allogeneic related and CAR-T Therapy. The program has been a National Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match transplant center since 2001, and is authorized to treat patients with all commercially available CAR-T cell products.
The program is one of only two in the country offering bloodless bone marrow transplant to Jehovah's Witnesses with lymphoma, multiple myeloma and other blood cancers. Cedars-Sinai Blood and Marrow Transplant program ranks in the Top 10 in the U.S. for patient survival. The program’s one-year allogeneic transplant survival results are higher than the expected rate, with superior outcomes.
