Pay:

$32.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional earlier start times depending on patient needs.

Provide skilled nursing visits including start of cares, infusions, wound care, medication management, diabetic management, recertifications and CNA supervision.

Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
This role includes a monthly on-call rotation, which is compensated additionally

Qualifications:

Active RN License.
Previous Home Health experience preferred.
Current BLS Certification.
Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication, assessment skills and attention to detail.
Visits are primarily within the Salt Lake Valley; however, candidates must be willing to travel to Utah County as needed.
