Essential Job Function
- Applies knowledge of patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care within the interventional unit to ensure that every patient receives the direct and proper care needed.
- Assists with interventional procedures to ensure alignment with clinical guidelines and patient needs.
- Supports patient care plans and clinical outcomes to enhance success rates in interventional procedures.
- Supports medical teams to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to interventional protocols.
- Amasses and reviews data that guides upper-level management on strategic planning and procedural outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Required: Associate's Degree in NursingPreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a critical care specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact stateBLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
