What We're Looking For: Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA or those with no prior experience. As a professional caregiver, you will oversee delivering essential personal care services curated to meet the unique needs of our patients. Responsibilities: · Assist with patient laundry when necessary. · Provide medication reminders. · Ensure patient safety. · Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor. · Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required. · Monitor and record patient temperature. · Assist patients with ambulation. · Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities. · Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols. · Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines. · Offer bathing assistance. · Perform light housekeeping. · Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading. Requirements: · Must be 18 years of age or older. · Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance. · Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided. · Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.
