Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for optimal care.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of caregiving experience as a CNA or 12 months
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.

The Med Tech/CNA provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Assists patient with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comforts and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents. Qualifications: Health – Ability to meet performance requirements. Education and Training: Must be certified nursing assistant or currently enrolled in a nurse aide training program. Attend in-service programs, as assigned, to learn procedures and develop skills and meet state requirements. Personal Qualifications: Sensitive to our patients’ physical and psychosocial needs.
