Help families in crisis. Cultivate hope. Joint the Oxbow Academy team.
Oxbow Academy provides very specialized treatment. We are often the last hope to families in crisis who don't know where to turn. Make a real difference to families in need through joining the Oxbow team as our Medical Coordinator Assistant/CNA.
As our Medical Coordinator Assistant/CNA, you will work as part of our larger team in providing integrated care services to our students, which of course includes their health and medical wellbeing. You will work directly with our students to monitor their health, provide health education, and address their concerns. You will also manage communication regarding students' health with therapists, mentors, and our students' parents.
Students at Oxbow Academy have broken sexual boundaries. These issues are often misunderstood and result in debilitating anxiety and shame. Our goal is to provide hope where it has been lost, rebuild trust where it has been broken, and help these young men and their families move forward.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNA or Medical Assistant to support the medical department in a structured residential treatment setting for adolescents.
