Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking an experienced Wellness Director (RN or LPN) to lead the clinical operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As the Wellness Director, you will oversee healthcare services, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor caregivers, and partner with community leadership to deliver exceptional care and service to residents and families.

Wellness Director Responsibilities
The Wellness Director / Resident Care Director leads the clinical department and ensures residents receive the highest level of care and service. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Conducting initial and ongoing resident assessments
- Developing and monitoring individualized care plans
- Managing the medication administration program
- Supervising and mentoring CNAs, QMAPs, and caregiving staff
- Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and outside providers
- Leading resident care conferences with families
- Ensuring state regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Partnering with the Executive Director to improve resident outcomes and team performance
Schedule
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Some on-call responsibilities required.
Qualifications
- RN or LPN license in good standing in Colorado
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living
- Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for serving seniors and developing care teams
