Schedule: Daily 7 am to 7 pm and Monday, Saturday, and Sunday 7 pm to 7 am

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver to provide one on one support in Jefferson City. This position requires strong hands-on care skills, prior in-home care experience, and confidence assisting clients with mobility and personal care needs. Experience using a gait belt, assisting with toileting is required. Hospice experience is highly beneficial.

What You Will Do
Assist with bathing and dressing
Provide hands on toileting support
Safely assist with transfers and mobility using a gait belt
Assist with meal times
Offer companionship and attentive support throughout the entire shift

What We Are Looking For
Previous professional caregiving experience
Experience with memory care is required
Experience using a gait belt and assisting with toileting
Hospice experience is a plus
Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
