How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless, goal-oriented recovery for every patient.
  • Execute personalized care plans and monitor clinical progress to drive successful rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Advocate for patient safety by accurately processing physician orders and communicating vital status changes.
  • Coordinate comprehensive discharge paths to ensure patients transition safely and confidently back to their lives.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
