What to expect.

We are searching for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for child and adolescents. In this role, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.

Specific responsibilities include:

Providing empathetic, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborating with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
Leading and documenting therapeutic groups and interventions.
Safely administering medications and managing crises using de-escalation techniques.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience as a registered nurse.

What we need from you.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not necessary.
