Responsibilities include:
Prepare course material for topics related to experiential learning and professional development; Ensures/follows the student's internship includes learning objectives, observation, reflection, evaluation and assessment; Promotes academic, career and/or personal development; Prepare materials for an Online Internship Course to be available to students completing their degrees at one of Rutgers-Camden's satellite campuses and to Rutgers-Camden campus students who are doing an internship outside of a 50-mile radius of campus.

This intern will support the design and build of a standardized ETL data pipeline to automate Quality Bonus payments for Aledade’s partner practices. You will work closely with Finance, Engineering, and Revenue teams to document payment logic, maintain data mapping inventories, and test system outputs against complex business rules. Throughout this project, you will gain hands-on experience in healthcare data transformation, learning how raw claims and financial data flow through a modern pipeline into auditable payment platforms. By participating in the full project lifecycle—from initial discovery to go-live—you will develop practical skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
