Program Schedule & Attendance Expectations

Dependability is essential in a nursing career, which is why perfect attendance is required for this course.

General Orientation
- 04/14/2026: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- 04/15/2026: 8:00am – 4:45pm
Nursing Assistant Training
- 04/16/2026 – 05/07/2026
- 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

After Graduation

Upon successful completion of the program, you will officially join the Willow Valley Communities Team and begin training on the nursing unit for which you were hired. You will continue working in this role until you sit for your State Certification Exam. Once you pass, you will become a Certified Nursing Assistant on staff at Willow Valley Communities.

Employment Commitment

All candidates considered for the class must be willing to work:

Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum of 24 hours per week)
POOL and PRN candidates are not accepted for this class

Shift Availability

Shift times and current availability include:

6:30am – 3:00pm (Day Shift – Very Limited Availability)
2:30pm – 11:00pm (Evening Shift)
10:30pm – 7:00am (Night Shift – Limited Availability)
