Valle Vista Health System is currently seeking compassionate Nurses to provide care to patients in our newly opened Women’s Program. Our Women’s Restorative Care Unit is a gender-responsive, trauma-informed program designed to address the unique psychiatric and addiction care needs of women. The women’s unit accommodates up to 30 patients, over the age of 18, who are admitted for psychiatric or addiction treatment. All staff who work on the unit receive additional training specific to the healthcare needs of women. Women enrolled in the program will work with an inter-disciplinary team comprised of psychiatry and addiction care providers, general medical providers, licensed dietician, certified recreational therapist, master’s level clinicians, registered nurses, and certified recovery coaches.
Our Women’s Restorative Care Unit is an inpatient unit focused on addressing the behavioral health needs of women. It is a safe and supportive place where healing begins and hope is renewed. We are dedicated to restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit through compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to women’s unique needs. Here, every woman is met with dignity, strength, and understanding — empowering her to reclaim her sense of self, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current license to practice nursing in State of Indiana.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Nights – 7:00p to 7:30a
Job Responsibilities include:
- Nursing Assessment
- Nursing Documentation
- Treatment Planning Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan.
- Ensures individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
- Medication Administration/Medical Management
