Key Responsibilities
Administer medications (oral, injectable, and other approved routes)
Conduct physical and mental health nursing assessments and psychiatric screenings
Document medication administration and nursing assessments in the EHR
Perform MAR reviews, medication counts, and manage medication stock and refills
Prepare clients for appointments by verifying medical history and collecting vitals
Communicate with clients and providers regarding medication needs
Assist with basic lab work and phlebotomy as needed
Support infection control, hygiene, and general health education
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active LPN or RN license in Missouri
Experience or interest in substance use or behavioral health treatment
Preferred
Strong documentation and EHR skills
Ability to interpret clinical documentation and lab results
Solid medication calculation and dosage skills
Collaborative mindset and sound clinical judgment
Commitment to confidentiality and compassionate, client‑centered care
