As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Burrell, you'll be responsible for:

Providing direct nursing care to clients in accordance with physicians' orders and established policies and procedures
Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs
Administering medications and monitoring clients' progress and response to treatment
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support
Educating clients and their loved ones about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
Promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth, dignity, and well-being for all clients

Qualifications:

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Missouri

Where you’ll be working:

You’ll be working in a Burrell clinic or residential facility assisting those who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders on a Central Missouri Burrell campus.
