Performing under the direction of the RN/LPN and as a member of the unit-based patient care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant/Unit Coordinator (CNA/UC) performs duties of direct and indirect patient care. The direct patient care tasks include but are not limited to activities of daily living, vital signs, glucometry, EKG’s, weights and Intake/Output data collection.
