Description **This is a Casual position for the Immediate Care Center located at the Lake Bluff clinic. A minimum of three shifts in a 6 week period (1 weekend shift and 2 weekday shifts). With 1 shift minimum per pay period. 1 Winter and 1 Summer holiday required. These are 12 hour shifts from 7:45am-8:15pm.
