PeaceHealth at RiverBend is adding a Nurse Practitioner to join the Pre-Anesthesia Testing Clinic. RiverBend is a Level II Trauma center, the largest hospital between Portland, Oregon and Sacramento, California. Patient care and patient management for PAT (Pre-anesthesia Testing Clinic), collaborating with Anesthesiologists. Performs initial evaluation to determine if patient can continue or should be referred directly to a supervising Attending physician. Provides pre-procedure teaching, education, discharge instructions, and reviews consent form with patient. Performs or requests diagnostic studies as indicated upon patient evaluation and medications.
