Join our Pre-anesthesia Testing Clinic at PeaceHealth Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon.

PeaceHealth at RiverBend is adding a Nurse Practitioner to join the Pre-Anesthesia Testing Clinic. RiverBend is a Level II Trauma center, the largest hospital between Portland, Oregon and Sacramento, California.

  • Patient care and patient management for PAT (Pre-anesthesia Testing Clinic), collaborating with Anesthesiologists.
  • Performs initial evaluation to determine if patient can continue or should be referred directly to a supervising Attending physician.
  • Provides pre-procedure teaching, education, discharge instructions, and reviews consent form with patient.
  • Performs or requests diagnostic studies as indicated upon patient evaluation and medications.
  • Works closely with PAT, surgery scheduling, and clinic to provide timely elective procedures after new patient visits in the clinic, scheduling follow-up procedures, and clinic visits.
  • Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
