Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN, in this role you will be a part of the Clinical Care Team engaging with our patients to develop lifelong well-being and health. The LPN/LVN role makes a difference in the patient care we offer and assists physicians and other clinicians by providing a unique blend of skills and knowledge to carry out prescribed medical treatment. LPN/LVN are multiskilled health professionals responsible for performing administrative and clinical tasks in our primary care facilities while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining positive patient engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN in the state of Florida
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak to patients in both languages
  • 1+ years' experience as LPN or LVN in an inpatient or outpatient clinic setting
  • IV Certified
  • Experience in a fast pace/high volume environment
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong clinical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on professional Phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with HEDIS
  • Work closely with providers
  • Experienced in wound care
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$48,900 - $66,200 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
