Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a Primary Care/Family Practice ambulatory setting.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high comfort level with learning new technologies/systems.
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills with Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records/systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trained and licensed to perform phlebotomy.
- Demonstrated ability to provide highly personalized patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an integral part of a patient care team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in ApeX.
- Must be willing and able to work in mobile and school-based clinical environments, including variable schedules, outdoor conditions, and multiple community locations.
- Familiarity with the principles of a Patient-Centered Medical Home environment.
- Prior experience in mobile health clinics, school-based health centers, or community outreach programs.
- Experience working in FQHC or HRSA-regulated environments.
- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure in the State of California.
- Active American Heart Association CPR Certification.
