Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a Primary Care/Family Practice ambulatory setting.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high comfort level with learning new technologies/systems.
Basic computer/keyboarding skills with Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Prior experience with electronic medical records/systems.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Trained and licensed to perform phlebotomy.
Demonstrated ability to provide highly personalized patient care.
Demonstrated ability to work as an integral part of a patient care team.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in ApeX.
Must be willing and able to work in mobile and school-based clinical environments, including variable schedules, outdoor conditions, and multiple community locations.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the principles of a Patient-Centered Medical Home environment.
Prior experience in mobile health clinics, school-based health centers, or community outreach programs.
Experience working in FQHC or HRSA-regulated environments.

License/Certification

Active Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure in the State of California.
Active American Heart Association CPR Certification.
