Demonstrates critical thinking in the identification of clinical, social, safety, psychological and spiritual issues for the patient care Serves as a role model of professional nursing practice for students and peer nursing staff. (15%) Provides leadership in a professional practice setting. This role is a team player who contributes to building the team by helping others succeed through role modeling and mentoring.
