A full-time Certified School Nurse (CSN) position is available in Clairton, PA, offering an opportunity to support the health and well-being of students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This travel assignment runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, with work hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, serving approximately 800 students in a single school setting.

Key responsibilities include managing student health needs, administering medications, providing first aid, maintaining health records, and collaborating with school staff, students, and families to promote a safe and healthy environment. You will work alongside a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to ensure effective health services delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Certified School Nurse (CSN) certification required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred, with experience as a Certified School Nurse
  • Prior experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team within a school setting

Location: Travel position based in Clairton, PA, with assignments at one school.
