Graduate of accredited dietetic program in university or college, with completion of accredited dietetic internship. Services offered include skilled nursing care, pain and other symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers, bereavement support and medication and equipment as appropriate.
