Responsibilities: Lead project kick-off and develop comprehensive Monthly Progress Reports detailing achievements, risks, staffing, and financial analysis Oversee all contract deliverables across HTM Program Office Support, Field Support, Patient Safety, Cybersecurity, and Telehealth domains Manage contract personnel, performance evaluation, professional development, and VA security/training compliance Coordinate travel logistics and Other Direct Costs within approved budgets and Federal Travel Regulations Monitor contract performance, identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate communication between contractor team and VA stakeholders Qualifications: Master's degree or higher required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (Tier 1/NACI).
