About The Role

We’re seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional patient care, perform advanced laser and injectable treatments, and educate patients on customized plans for long-term results.

You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced clinic environment where teamwork, professionalism, and patient satisfaction come first.

Compensation & Schedule

$65/hour base pay + $5/hour weekend differential

What You’ll Do

Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, injectables, and skin rejuvenation
Conduct consultations and skin assessments to design individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on procedures, pre- and post-care, and available treatment options
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all clinical protocols
Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to ensure seamless patient experiences
Float to nearby clinics as needed to support clinic operations

UW Medicine is the premier academic medical center in Washington state, encompasses 4 hospitals in the Seattle metro area and is the primary referral hospital for the five-state WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho) region. The department supports a residency program, four fellowship programs, including Gynecologic Oncology, and is a major teaching site for UW medical students. This is a full-time, 12 month (July 1 - June 30) academic position on a yearly appointment with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. Teaching Associates hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. The base salary range for this position will be: $10,417 - $13,750 per month ($125,004 - $165,000 annually) commensurate with experience and qualifications or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
