Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, for an Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider at the University of Washington. The role entails providing advanced clinical care to patients with conditions related to ear, nose, and throat (ENT) concerns. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing and managing conditions, assisting in surgeries or procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. The provider will work in primary care, critical care environments, or emergency medicine settings as needed. The position also includes patient education, follow-up care, and active participation in improving care practices.


Qualifications

  • Certification and proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Otolaryngology or relevant areas
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient interaction skills
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Washington
  • Commitment to serving a diverse patient population with a focus on providing equitable care
  • Experience working in an academic medical center or within a research-focused environment is advantageous
