Full time working Monday - Friday from 11:00am - 7:30pm with up to an hour flex to start/end time. On Call requirement of 6 weekdays and 1 weekend in a 6 week period. Holiday call rotation. Rotation to Racine ASC as needed.

Where You Will Work:

Looking for a fast-paced, rewarding environment where every day brings something new? Our SDS/PACU unit specializes in pre-op and post-op care for surgical, interventional radiology, imaging, and cardiac patients. With 20+ bays and an average of 18–24 patients daily, you’ll experience a variety of cases and build critical skills in IV placement, airway management, patient education, and discharge planning.

We pride ourselves on strong teamwork and quick turnover, making this an ideal setting for new grads eager to learn and experienced nurses who thrive on variety. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 in PACU and 1:3–4 in SDS, supported by dedicated nursing assistants. Must-have certifications include ACLS and PALS, and pediatric experience is a bonus!

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association .
  • ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
