Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:
- As an assistant director of nursing (ADON), you will supervise and delegate nursing activities on behalf of the director of nursing.
- You will manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- You will support the director of nursing.
- You will conduct consumer rounds and address complaints.
- You will monitor and train the nursing staff.
Requirements
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
- 2 years of experience in long-term care or a mental health rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Previous experience as ADON, highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
