What You’ll Need

Associate's Degree, ADN graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
Bachelor’s Degree, BSN in Nursing is highly preferred.
In addition to the ADN or BSN, a Master’s Degree in health-related field preferred.
Three (3) years RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
One to two (1 to 2) year(s) experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement highly preferred.
RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire.
Acute Heart Attack Ready Certification (AHAR Joint Commission Program) experience is highly preferred upon hire.
CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is preferred upon hire.

What you will do in this role: Assist in cardiac catheterization, as well as vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. Perform emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedure – IAB and temporary pacer insertion. Follow established standards and practices under the direction of a credentialed invasive cardiologist, or credentialed invasive radiologist. Will float to Specials in Radiology or other areas as needed.
