Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Registered Nurses raise the bar by providing clinical expertise and the highest quality care in the most compassionate way. The Cardiac Cath Lab RN provides safe and effective care of a diverse range of inpatient/outpatient cardiac patients. What you will do in this role:

  • Assist in cardiac catheterization, as well as vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. 
  • Perform emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedure – IAB and temporary pacer insertion. 
  • Follow established standards and practices under the direction of a credentialed invasive cardiologist, or credentialed invasive radiologist. 
  • Will float to Specials in Radiology or other areas as needed.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
