As a Male Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and dignified care to our male clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to management
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands, if needed

Requirements:

2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if transporting clients)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (part-time schedule)
Experience with memory care strongly preferred.
