Experienced Caregiver Needed – Advanced Parkinson’s Care (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)

We are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver for a client with advanced Parkinson’s disease who requires consistent, hands-on support. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for a caregiver comfortable working with higher-acuity clients.

Schedule (Required):

7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
Must be able to commit to this schedule consistently

Responsibilities:

Hands-on assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Full support with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Parkinson’s-specific care including cueing, patience with movement and speech, and fall prevention
Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, clean environment
Follow the care plan and communicate changes to the office

Requirements (Must Have):

Prior caregiving experience with advanced illness, Parkinson’s, or neurological conditions
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and transfers
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Able to follow direction and communicate clearly

Preferred:

CNA or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience
Experience with Parkinson’s or similar conditions
