Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As an experienced caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll provide in-home care services to our clients, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and personal care
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service
Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and transferring
Prepare meals, administer medication, and provide light housekeeping services
Communicate with clients and Synergy HomeCare office to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
