Location: Delmont, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide/CNA to provide one-on-one care for a wonderful 14-year-old male child in the Delmont area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.


Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM

  • Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an HHA:

  • Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans

  • Supervise for safety

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

  • Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience

  • Pediatric experience (preferred)

  • CPR certification (preferred)

  • Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered

  • Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately

The Caregiver is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, implementing care plans, promoting comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate documentation.
