BASIC PURPOSE The Caregiver is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, implementing care plans, promoting comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate documentation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.) Support activities of daily living (feeding, mobility, positioning, etc.) Promote client safety and comfort by following care plans and proper procedures Maintain confidentiality and uphold agency standards and policies Document care provided and client responses in a timely manner Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families Work collaboratively with families, supervisors, and care team members Perform all other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED (preferred) At least 2 years of related client care experience (preferred) CNA/HHA/Direct Care Worker certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must pass background and reference checks SHIFT & LOCATION Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Every Saturday or Every Sunday Service areas: Montgomery County (King of Prussia | Hatfield | Ambler) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed ABOUT THE COMPANY Faithful Home Care Solutions is a licensed, Medicaid-certified, non-medical home care agency based in Glenside, Pennsylvania. POSITION OVERVIEW Faithful Home Care Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dedicated caregiving team. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living. Assist in meal preparation. Collaborate with the Caregiver Supervisor to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Help the client maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the house. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the agency. Provides companionship to the client. Perform all other tasks as needed by the client.
