A well-established skilled nursing facility in Madison, Ohio is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

Position Summary:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services. This role ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations while fostering a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance
Ensure compliance with ODH, CMS, and other regulatory agencies
Lead survey readiness, audits, and corrective action plans
Collaborate with administration, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Implement and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership and staff
Promote resident-centered care and positive outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Ohio RN license (required)
Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
