Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will lead and facilitate the daily operations of the unit by supporting the implementation of evidence-based practice, while serving as a resource within the organization for information, education, and training for the safe and efficient daily operations ensuring optimal care for the patients.

Required Qualifications

- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing (BSN) is required within specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).
- Require two (2) years of current satisfactory registered nurse experience.

Functions effectively as a team member. Holds a comprehensive knowledge of medication, treatment and therapies for pain and symptom management. Visits patients wherever they call home.
