What You’ll Bring to the Team
Provide meaningful companionship; and emotional support to clients in their homes.
Assist and personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing grooming and safe mobility.
Help with light household tasks including simple meal preparation, laundry, errands and light housekeeping.
Observe and report changes in client condition so our care team can respond quickly and proactively.
What You’ll Need
• Preferably, 6 months to 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver's license, current insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current CPR/first aid certification and a negative TB test within the last two months (or willingness to obtain).
• Active or eligible for California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry: we can assist with registration.
• Ability to safety lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers as needed.
