Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centered care

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
At least 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
