Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team and guide our clinical operations with compassion, integrity, and excellence. We are a 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in Toms River, NJ, proudly serving our residents and community with a focus on quality outcomes and person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for all nursing department functions.
