As an RN Designee you are instrumental in supporting operations of the assisted living. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Guttenberg Care Center. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DON), you will complete nurse reviews and delegates / provides direct nursing care to tenants in the assisted living, according to contracted service plans; and oversee the provision of quality care carried out by the assisted living team members, both certified (e.g. CNA, CMA) and non-certified (e.g. Universal Worker), as needed

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

  • An unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
