Pay Rate: $57-60/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff during assigned shifts

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Coordinate care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner

  • Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions

  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

  • Promote a resident-centered approach to care

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license (state-specific)

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term or skilled nursing care

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • CPR certification required
